Hey Y'all!
My name is Cindy. I am a child of God...a Christian and I hope you see that as you travel across this website. In 1987, I married my better half, Michael. He is my best friend, my “where do you want to go today buddy”, and my partner in everything. Two years later a beautiful redhead joined our family, and nothing has been the same since. Sarah is my partner in crime and business. She is so close to being my carbon copy, even in our differences, you will see similarities. And we recently lost our sweet fur baby, Dino. He was a mixed-breed, rescue pup, a sweetheart, who loved to give hugs.
I hail from the land of bayous, cypress trees, Spanish moss, alligators, and crawfish. Where the food has a flavor like no other and the culture changes as you move through the state. We say ma’am and sir, y’all and words that are hard to pronounce and even harder to spell…if you aren’t from Louisiana. I live in a magical state, where the politics are like no other, and the people are beyond comparison.
I have spent the past 30 years mentoring. My style has been coined as “Politely Blunt”, telling you like it is, with the politeness of a true southern woman.
The past 15 years have been crucial to my coaching and my brand. During this time, I have seen so many women leave their careers to retire and then have no idea what is next. I have seen moms send their children off to college, marriage, or careers of their own, only to wander lost through the rest of their lives. Seeing brilliant women waste these wonderful years, when their wisdom is needed more than ever, grieves my heart.
I believe we all have a purpose and calling that lives as long as we do. The way we walk it out may change, but our calling never does. My calling is to help women in these transitional years find their calling and walk it out in power and grace.
